crumbly is building Reply-to-Buy, an AI sales assistant for small businesses that sell through social comments. We’re starting with home-based bakers, meal-prep shops, and dessert brands.

The idea is simple: turn a PRICE or LINK comment into a personal DM, answer menu and delivery questions, collect order details, and follow up when interest goes quiet.

We’re recruiting 10 sellers for a seven-day, hands-on pilot. We’ll help run the service behind the scenes and measure orders generated, response times, and abandoned customers recovered before building the full product.
